Privacy policy.
This policy describes exactly what happens with personal data when you use this website. It applies under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for visitors from the EU/EEA, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Alpenvital is an offer of MS Strategies (Einzelunternehmen), owner Michael Sezer. For all privacy questions, write to the e-mail address above.
2. The short version
- This website has no forms, no user accounts and no checkout. It does not ask for your name, address or payment details.
- No cookies are set. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no social media plugin.
- All fonts, scripts and styles are served from this website itself. Your browser does not contact any third-party service when you visit.
- The preview cart is stored only in your own browser and is never sent to us.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website runs on our own server, rented from Hostinger International Ltd., Larnaca, Cyprus, and located in a data center in Frankfurt, Germany. When you open a page, the server automatically processes technical data that your browser sends: IP address, date and time of the request, the requested address (URL, including any parameters in it), and the browser identification (user agent). This is necessary to deliver the website and to keep it secure (for example against attacks). We do not use this data for analytics or to build profiles.
Legal basis (GDPR): Art. 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in a secure and working website. Retention: the web server does not store access logs.
The data is processed in the EU. It is not transferred to the USA.
4. Contact by e-mail
If you write to us by e-mail, we process your e-mail address, the content of your message and any details you choose to include, in order to answer you. Our e-mail is hosted by Hostpoint AG, Switzerland. We keep your message until your request is resolved, at most 12 months, unless a statutory retention obligation requires longer storage.
Legal basis (GDPR): Art. 6(1)(b) where your message concerns a (future) contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
5. Cookies and local storage
We do not set cookies and we do not use tracking cookies or similar tracking technologies. The website uses one entry in your browser's local storage, only for a function you actively use:
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| alpenvital_cart_v1 (local storage) | Remembers the products you place in the preview cart (product, quantity, one-time or subscription). Only created when you add something. Not sent to us. | Until you remove the items or clear your browser data | This website (first party) |
This entry is strictly necessary for a function you request, so no consent banner is required (Art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive and § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG; in Switzerland, information under Art. 45c of the Telecommunications Act). You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.
An earlier version of this website could store an e-mail address you typed into the former checkout page under the keys av_order_intent and av_waitlist, again only in your own browser. That data was never sent to us. The current website deletes these entries automatically on your next visit.
6. Pack-size helper
The Dental Vital pack-size helper asks two questions (dog size and how often you would like to reorder) and works entirely in your browser. Only the suggested pack size (1, 2 or 3) is passed to the product page as part of its address. We do not store your answers. Like any page address, the suggested pack size can appear in the hosting log files described in section 3.
7. No automated decisions
We do not make automated individual decisions or carry out profiling.
8. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive data you provided to us in a common format (data portability). To exercise these rights, write to kontakt@msstrategies.ch.
You can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Switzerland with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC / EDÖB), in the EU/EEA with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
9. Changes
If the website changes (for example when ordering opens), this policy will be updated before the change goes live.
