Green-lipped mussel (Perna canaliculus) is a shellfish native to the coastal waters of New Zealand. In pet supplements it is usually used as a dried powder or extract. Joint Vital is planned around 600 mg per two-chew serving.

No supplier has been chosen yet, so we do not state a harvest region or an extraction method for the final product. Once a supplier is contracted and checked, the label and this page will name the origin of the ingredient.
